ALBERTO CERQUI SEEKING CONFIRMATIONS IN HUNGARY

03/05/2012 - Just one week after the Slovakian weekend, the FIA WTCC moves to Budapest (H) for the fifth round of the season.

Alberto Cerqui, strong with the very good performance at the Slovakia Ring, where he has been the best BMW driver in race one, reaches Hungary well determined to keep the momentum of his growth in the touring cars championship behind the wheel of a BMW 320TC lined up for him by ROAL Motorsport.

Alberto Cerqui:
"So far this has been the most challenging season of my career: I have never raced in most of the circuits in the calendar and the two sessions of half hour each go very fast. Budapest will not be an exception and on Saturday I will have to discover the circuit; in Slovakia the car gave me all the positive feelings that allow one to get to the limit for the first time and I hope the same will happen also in this occasion. Entering in Q2 is my first target without which a good result in the races will be quite difficult".

The weekend's programme follows (GMT+2):

09.00 - 09.30: Free practice 1
11.15 - 11.45: Free practice 2
